Top Local is a directory website created by using Vantage theme by Appthemes.
Client wants to limit members to one listing per zip code per category.
For instance, if the local business is Ed’s Cleaners, He want them to have the choice of pre-set categories, that do not already have a listing in their zip code.
If the category in their zip code is already taken, it will either not show up or will show grayed out as being taken.
The purpose is that he want to build this directory so that a zip code group can band together, helping promote each other, without worrying about promoting another competing business.
All the customization has been done with child theme. So the theme updates will not affect the customization.
