Franchise Review is a platform of discoveries and reviews where users can rate, review and recommend about various companies. It is a valuable space where users can utilize it well to add his/ her newly made business, franchise or startups with details to claim acknowledgement and acclamation with benefits and we became a part of such endeavour. We were asked to structure the simplest platform for users to visit and utilize the site and there our team tried to fix it accordingly.
Then, after adding details of the brand, the users need to wait for approval from the admin. The admin then was given the responsibility to review the details of the company and then only the approved companies will be displayed on the front end to the user’s view.
Our dedicated team even worked on some specific features like ‘Ask Questions’, ‘Write Review’, ‘Most Recommended Franchise Businesses’ and others to make it more user-friendly and convenient for the visitors or users to access. Specifically, we were asked to add ‘Ask Question’ feature so that the users can pose a question to the company’s user, rank the brand, and provide feedback which users may search for a brand with the purpose of review or recommend. If someone is utilising his or her brand name, then chances are that the user may claim it.

Process
Thus, when we start working on the project, we needed to have some specifications from the client. At that point, our team first asked them about their expectations from us. Second, we requested them to offer us with information on their project ideas, the categories that we should highlight on the website’s home page and finally their product strategy.
After acquiring all of their information, we developed a mockup for them, had it approved by them and then started working on it full-fledged.
Features
Our client Franchise Review wants us to be particular and vigilant while picking the components required to embellish the website as they were not keen on a variety of features, so we decided to make it short and basic so that users could easily access it.
So, we added features like ‘Ask Questions,’ ‘Write a Review,’ ‘Most Recommended Franchise Businesses,’ and other features to make it more user-friendly and simple for visitors or users to access well.
Notably, we have deliberately added features like ‘Ask Question’ to make the option more accessible for users to submit a question to the company’s user, rank the brand and provide feedback. Users may look for brands to evaluate or suggest and if someone is using his or her brand name, then it is better for users to claim it.
